Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hyrosocks.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@hyrosocks.com. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@hyrosocks.com.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
